Twentyfourseven Srl (hereinafter also just "247") respects privacy and undertakes to process personal data with the utmost care and in full compliance with the applicable provisions on the subject, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR" ) and Legislative Decree 196/2003, also updated pursuant to Legislative Decree 101/2018.

This information is intended to inform users about the processing of personal data that are carried out by 247 using the form and, more generally, the means of communication made available through the website www.lapelota.it (hereinafter also only "The Site") for requests concerning the rental of the "La Pelota" property for the organization of events.

This information does not concern (i) the processing of personal data more generally in the context of the Site and the means of communication made available through the Site to make contact with the property owner "La Pelota" (including the specific form), whose information can be consulted here; (ii) other sites, pages or online services accessible through the Site.

It is important for us to clarify how we collect, use and store personal data. Precisely for this reason, we invite you to read this information carefully before making any type of information and / or personal data available to 247.

Personal data means any information that allows a person to be identified, even indirectly (for example by combining it with other information). They are personal data, for example, the email address, name, surname, telephone number, etc.

HOLDER OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

TYPE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED

When you use the means of communication made available through the Site for requests relating to the rental of the property "La Pelota" for the organization of events, 247 processes the personal data that you communicate for this purpose, also transmitted through the appropriate form , such as name, surname, email address, the information you want to provide us by filling in the request field in the form and possibly your telephone number.

PURPOSE AND OPTIONAL OR COMPULSORY NATURE OF THE TREATMENT

247 processes your personal data for the following purposes:

a) respond to requests for information, also sent through the form of the Site for requests relating to the rental of the "La Pelota" property for the organization of events;

b) manage any disputes and / or to fulfill obligations imposed by law;

c) assert their rights and, more generally, to protect their prerogatives.

In no case is the provision of personal data mandatory, but the refusal to provide personal data marked with an asterisk in some fields of the Site form for requests relating to the rental of the "La Pelota" property for the organization of events will not allow to complete the procedure for sending your request, with the consequent impossibility for 247 to reply to you.

Failure to provide the data to be entered in the fields not marked with an asterisk does not affect the completion of the procedure for sending the request.

LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING

247 processes your personal data on the basis of the following conditions of legitimacy:

a) in the context of requests relating to the rental of the "La Pelota" property for the organization of events, also transmitted through the appropriate form on the Site, for the execution of pre-contractual measures and for the establishment of a any contractual relationship, also of a commercial nature, pursuant to art. 6, lett. b), of the GDPR;

b) for the achievement of legitimate interests of 247, which consist in carrying out and promoting one's business activity, also through the Site, and in protecting one's rights, pursuant to art. 6, lett. f), of the GDPR;

c) for compliance with legal obligations by 247, pursuant to art. 6, lett. c), of the GDPR; as well as

d) for the possible protection of the rights of 247 in court and / or before the competent Authorities, pursuant to art. 6, lett. f) of the GDPR.

SUBJECTS WHO HAVE ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA

247 limits access to personal data as much as possible, making them available to its duly authorized staff who have reason to access it for the performance of their professional duties.

The staff of 247 processes personal data in accordance with the provisions imparted to it by 247 and within the limits set by them.

Personal data may also be disclosed to third parties that 247 uses in carrying out its business, including service providers (including IT and rental management of the "La Pelota" property), consultants and lawyers who assist 247 in the formalization of contractual relations and in the management of any disputes and requests from the competent Authorities, as well as in the fulfillment of obligations imposed by law.

247 provides these subjects only with the personal data necessary to carry out the agreed tasks.

Depending on the case, the subjects that 247 uses to carry out their business process personal data as data processors, according to the instructions given by 247, or as independent data controllers.

PROCESSING METHOD AND SCOPE OF CIRCULATION OF PERSONAL DATA

247 processes personal data in paper form and with the aid of electronic and automated tools, within the limits of the purposes indicated in this information and adopting measures aimed at maintaining the confidentiality and confidentiality of personal data.

In some cases your personal data may be transferred outside the territory of the European Union. This transfer takes place guaranteeing adequate levels of protection for your data, also in accordance with the provisions of articles. 45 and 46 of the GDPR.

In particular, data transfers outside the European Union take place to countries that offer an adequate level of data protection, as established by specific decisions of the European Commission.

In other cases, the transfers of personal data outside the European Union take place against the release of adequate guarantees for the protection of your personal data by the third parties who receive them, such as the signing of the standard contractual clauses for the protection of personal data adopted by the European Commission, also assisted - where necessary and possible - by additional measures.

PERIOD OF CONSERVATION OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data are kept by 247 for a limited period of time and necessary to pursue the purposes of each treatment indicated above. At the end of this period of time your personal data will be deleted or made anonymous.

Personal data processed in the context of requests for information, also transmitted through the form of the Site for requests relating to the rental of the property "La Pelota" for the organization of events, are kept by 247 for five years from their receipt, unless 247 has a legitimate interest in keeping your personal data for a longer time, for example to protect your rights.

YOUR RIGHTS

At any time you can contact 247, by writing an email to amministrazione@twentyfourseven.it, to receive the list of those responsible for the processing of personal data (that is to say, of the third parties that 247 uses in carrying out its business who carry out processing operations of personal data on behalf of 247 and according to the instructions given by the same).

Still by writing an email to amministrazione@twentyfourseven.it you can request to exercise the rights provided for by the legislation on the protection of personal data (according to the provisions of articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR), and in particular the right to:

a) obtain confirmation of whether or not your personal data is being processed, to have access to your personal data processed by 247, to know the purpose of the processing, the categories of personal data processed and the recipients or categories of recipients to which your personal data have been or will be disclosed. You also have the right to know the retention time of your personal data or, if this is not possible, the criteria used to determine this period;

b) verify the accuracy of your personal data and their origin, request the integration, updating, rectification, cancellation, or anonymization of your personal data, as well as the limitation of their processing;

c) object to the processing of your personal data;

d) propose a complaint to the Supervisory Authority (competent for Italy is the Guarantor for the protection of personal data);

e) in case of transfer of your personal data to a third country, to be informed of the existence of adequate guarantees relating to the transfer pursuant to art. 46 of the GDPR.

f) oppose, for reasons connected with a particular situation, to the processing of your personal data carried out on the basis of a legitimate interest of 247, provided that 247 reasons do not prevail to proceed with the processing anyway (for example, for the need to protect their rights);

g) be informed of the possible existence of an automated decision-making process, including the profiling pursuant to art. 22, par. 1 and 4 of the GDPR and, in such cases, obtain significant information on the logic used, as well as the importance and expected consequences of this treatment for the data subject.

h) exercise the right to the portability of your personal data.

Once your request has been received, 247 will process it with the utmost promptness and seriousness in order to facilitate the exercise of your rights, providing you with a response without delay and in any case within one month of receipt of the request. Only in particularly complex cases, the deadline for acknowledging your request can be extended up to two months; in this case 247 will keep you informed on the status of the process of fulfilling your request.
